David Beebe Projects, LLC does not accept unsolicited information or material including, without limitation, television show pitches, concepts, formats, scripts, ideas, or any other material or information.As a matter of strict policy, David Beebe Projects employees, agents, representatives, officers, and directors are not permitted to accept or consider unsolicited submissions, including, without limitation, submissions of ideas or concepts, articles, pitch documents, treatments, and scripts. David Beebe Projects policy is to delete or discard any such submissions without reading, forwarding, or responding to them. Therefore, any similarity between an unsolicited submission and any element in any David Beebe Projects creative work would be purely coincidental. Based on this policy, David Beebe will not, and has no obligation to, treat any unsolicited submission as confidential or proprietary, and will incur no liability in the event that an unsolicited submission is inadvertently opened, read or responded to by a David Beebe Projects employee or agent. Any submission, whether unsolicited or solicited by David Beebe Projects shall become the property of David Beebe Projects, in the absence of prior written agreement between the David Beebe Projects and the submitting person or entity, and may be exploited in any way at David Beebe Project's sole discretion.
